Should I do this from a CD? I was booted from another instance of eCS
(also booted from JFS).

I deleted WP ROOT. SF, but still no desktop.
BTW, each time I use LVM (LVMGUI) to swap volume letters I have to
remove and reinstall Boot Manager, or else I get the OS/2 cannot operate
your disk drive error.
