That's hard for me too do, and it's not your fault!
Because of the way I installed FF and TB, trying not to loose old
profiles, I ended up with profiles all over the place! I have a TB
profile for mail, etc., a TB profile for (Mail) Local Folders, and a FF
profile. I just deleted all the old and superfluous profiles, and my two
programs, FF and TB, seem to run OK, except for the FF download problem.
Now I have no pristine FF profile to compare with my everyday profile.
Is there a way to create a FF pristine profile?
