Subject:	SCOUG-Help: eCS 2.0 Beta

I am having problems finding the download location. Upon signing in to
mensys I get 'my downloads,' but no indication I am elgible for the new
eCS 2 beta. I was part of the scoug special purchase last
January/Feruary. Does being part of that purchase enable the beta
download or not?
