On the Downloads screen, you should see:

"Software Subscription Services for eComstation 1.2"

If you don't have that, you don't have access to the Beta.

If it *IS* there, click on the download link in front of it. You should
then get the 2.0 Beta screen. From there, if you want the full beta 3,
click on the Browse link after ecs20beta3a_cd1_ex.zip, then the
ecs20beta link on the ftp screen. This gives you access to all of the files.
