It's a stupid webdesigner trick.
In cases like this, View Page source is your friend. Since there are
frames, you need to view the page source of the frame content.
The interesting content is
if ((navigator.appName == "Microsoft Internet
Explorer")&&(navigator.platform != "MacPPC"))
{
document.write("");
}
which basically says the plugin will only be invoked if you are running IE
and not on a Mac.
