Well, something is preloading the DLLs.  We will leave this one for a

Not really.  You can use  
 
  Browser = 'H:\seamonkey\seamonkey!2l.exe'  
 
and it will work just fine.  Msgutil.cmd is REXX, so the rules are  
different.  Recall that I consider the mr2i RMB->Browser behavior a  
defect.  
 
FWIW, long ago, I modified my copy of msgutil to define the browser with  
 
  Browser = value("MR2I.BROWSER",,env)  
 
This picks up the settings notebook value automatically.
