This should be in the read me, but it appears that the readme assumes that
one should know the Netlabs task tracker URL. There is some truth to
this, but caves are good insulators. Go to
http://svn.netlabs.org/uniaud/report
create a login and submit a ticket. You might also what to bookmark
http://uniaud.netlabs.org/
Also, you may want to look at
http://hobbes.nmsu.edu/pub/incoming/unisnddr.zip
It appears to be newer and more complete than the kiev binaries.
