Hugo,
I am only guessing, but based on the file name, this may have something
to do with "National Language Support (NLS)" in Presentation Manager (PM).
When I look at my eCS system, IBMLAN\NETPROG is almost empty, containing
only the file NETSTOP.ICO. In the LOCALE folder inside Local System, I
use US English as my language. My CONFIG.SYS has CODEPAGE=850,437.
One other thing:
Looking at my Warp 4 volume on this same computer, I do not have an
IBMLAN directory at all.
I looked at my OS/2 Warp Unleashed book, to see what I could learn about
NLS, but there wasn't enough to help me understand what might be happening.
Do you use Spanish, or some other language besides US English?
Colin
