Were you at last month's meeting? Jerry an I demo'ed VNC with does
exactly what you want.

There's a large number of commercial products. Mark mentioned NetOp, with
is good and has an eCS/OS2 client. There's also Reachout, which I use to
control DOS based systems in various foreign countries. You would need to
run a Windows client. Another brand name is PCAnywhere.

I recommend you choose one and set it up inhouse before attempting to
deploy elsewhere. All of these are easy enough to set up and use, but
they are not without a learning curve.
