As I said, I shrunk XP, but it is still at the front of the drive. I
can do anything to the drive. Suggestions for an overall plan would
help. XP is on NTFS.

I give up, what is a Cardbus socket controller? It has something
called a PC Card Slot; Two type I/II or one type III. I suppose some
might plug a wireless device in there. Not here; internal Intel
2200BG, I think. The other possibility is 2915BG, but I don't think
that is it. I have not yet determined how to get the box to tell me.
