Yup, that went better. It led me to a page where the
guy doing the port said something to the effect of
'This ain't ready yet. Please come back later.'

Such as the "/" in OS/2 ? (A mere technicality, but
since when is that counted as punctuation ?)
Incidentally, that scanner pkg. I was trying to i.d.
was from STI. At one time, I believe it was for HP
scanners only, but apparently no longer. There may
have been an associated app. or two, but I don't know
if this included OCR.
