Do you have the same problem if you use the primary codepage?

Can I suspect you are you trying to open the PDF from wihin the SeaMonkey
instance you opened from mr2i?

Run!.exe will never open PDF files, but I suspect I know what you really
meant.

If you are only running seamonkey, the minimal seamonkey!.exe should work.
