Were you able to sucessfully able to run Warpvision with Mozilla? 
I would try the following: 
- First see if you can get Warpvision to work standalone. 
- Try a file other than a wmv (I have difficulties with wmv's, too) 
If this works, the try again with Seamonkey: 
- Try removing the Warpvision plug-in, instead using Warpvision as a 
helper app - When you say "Windows codecs," are you using the set 
downloadable at netlabs?  If not, use these instead.
