Over the last couple months there have been several days when I have had
the cable loose connection, a lot. Sometimes it will reconnect on it's
own. Other times I get tired of waiting and boot the modem. It then
usually reconnects.
How can I tell what is happening. Who do I complain to; me or Charter?
It is not easy to swap a modem; it must be registered with the ISP.
There is a modem wizard at: http://192.168.100.1/. Today I have an
extensive modem log, most of which I do not understand.

Ray
