Which existing three files. Did you already have uniaud installed?

I'm not sure. Let me see a copy of your mmpm2.ini.
If you had the soundmax drivers installed, you do need to uninstall them
with minstall or with the eCS MMOS2 reset tool if you expect the uniaud
drivers to install correctly and work.
