I don't know what to tell you, Martin, as I just
haven't seen that -- either under eCS or on the Dark
Side. It sounds like there is some unrecognized
problem at your end.

Occasionally I find a site that takes way too long to
load (so I skip it for awhile and do something else,
or try to obtain the info elsewhere) . . . but this
does not persist. Maybe they are having server
problems temporarily, or the traffic is too heavy
along a certain route, or another WinWorm is making
the rounds . . . who knows ? You can usually tell if
your area or service provider is having a transitory
problem, though.
