The eCS1.2R install guide explains where the log files are stored and
provides some basic analysis and troubleshooting tips. This has changed a
lot in 2.0. If you don't see anything obvious, I'll take a look at the
logs.

I'm not sure if beta4 is public yet. If it is, you should give it a try.
