It depends. If you have MOZ_PLUGIN_PATH defined, the answer is no. If
not the answer is yes.
Whichever it is, check the plugins directory and make sure the correct
DLLs have been installed.
FWIW, if a website says that you are not running the correct Java version,
the above does not apply. In this case your Java is working, but the site
is complaining.
As always, about:plugins can tell you what you have installed.
