1) Go to http://os2.mensys.nl/indexuk.html
2) Click on "Login"
3) Sign-in with your user-ID & password (I assume you're a registered
eCS user?)
4) Click on the green arrow next to "Downloads"
5) Click on "Download" for "Software Subscription Services for eCS renewal"
6) Here's the key: click on "browse" next to "ecs20beta3a_cd1_en.zip"
Then hopefully you'll see a "eCS20beta4" directory.
