I doubt this very much. What is more likely is that the spam you are
seeing is to addressed to your bob@scoug.com address and gets forwarded to
you.
I can't recall the last time I saw a forged from address let spam get onto
one of the scoug lists, although a smart spammer could do this easily
enough.
Every now and then a rejected spam message to one of the scoug lists will
arrive relatively unsullied in my inbox. I just had one the other day.
This is some sort of Steward defect. Rejected messages are supposed to be
sent to the postmaster, but are supposed to be sent wrapped in a MIME
message. Somehow, the MIME wrapper does not get generated. Go figure.
