This should be OK as long as you install the eCS boot volume near the
front of the drive. IIRC, system command does not know how to tell boot
manager that it can use LBA addressing.

I recommend you pratice using dfsee for this. Dfsee is much better a
ensuring the partitions will work for multiple OSs.
