It might be easier for everyone involved if (assuming that they have a
router that connects folks to the I-net) they used the router security
features to limit Internet access to that computer. Some routers even
label some of these features as "parental protection" and are specially
designed for this purpose. What is on diferent companies routers varies,
of course, but note that there is even wide variation between routers from
the same company.
