I don't know what program he used to create those ICONs as they don't have 
standard ICONEDIT names.  He has 16x16, 20x20, 32x32, and 40x40.  I now have 
16x16, 20x20, 32x32, 40x40, and 64x64.  Do you know which resolution the 64x= 
64 
ICON is used with?
