Properties? No it's called Edit\Mail and Newsgroup account settings.

First, if anything goes to my "Local Folders", it is an accident. I
have several mail and news accounts. They each have a dedicated tree on
a data drive. The top name on each tree indicates the account. They,
local folders, cache and bookmarks are all part of a larger data tree.
That makes it easy for a CMD file using 4os2.exe copy /S/H/U/V/Z to keep
multiple machines aligned and backed up - the CMD first deletes the
cache, no need to save that.

I am still looking for how to put the address book and cookies in that tree.
