Steven,
In looking over all the Lib*.dll entries reported by
Seek & Scan, the only one that would be a factor -- by
virtue of being in LIBPATH -- is a Libc05 that I find
to be in \ECS\DLL. There are others scattered around
that should not be summoned by default; anything for
\Browser or \Moz has long been gone from PATH or
LIBPATH.
