Harry's recommendation are usually OK, but they often apply to older
version of eCS becasue that's what he runs.
The SNAP install files are on your eCS CD (duh). To reinstall SNAP from
the install CD, log to
\CID\SERVER\SNAP
and run
SETUP.CMD
What version did you install? RC2 ships with
Version 3.1.8, build 505
