thanks one more time. I believe that is the version I installed. I   
looked "all over" the CD but could not find SNAP setup. Since I don't   
know anything about CID I didn't look there.  
 
Cut me some slack. This morning all (both) of my printers were in the   
shop, my motherboard is flaky and a replacement is coming, and my   
monitor is kaput and I am running on an ancient NEC Mutlisync 3D! BTW, I   
found a terrific printer repair place in Costa Mesa called Computer   
Co-op (714-850-1519) on Harbor Blvd at Harbor and South Coast Drive.
