What I found was rtgnda121.zip. Those files are dated 5/20/07. The
rtgnda06 files are dated 12/30/03.

If the rtgnda121 files didn't work, I don't think the earlier ones will
either. If you should happen to come across a later version of rtgnda let
me know.
