Sure, but you don't need it for a 160GB drive. Your Warp15 setup should
be good to 512GB with a reasonable current version of Danis506.add or
IBM1S506.ADD.

No you are not. You are limited to booting from within the first 8GB.
You can probably already use drives up to about 512GB.

Yes and no. The limit is determined mostly by the version of Danis506.add
or IBM1S506.ADD that you are running.

Only you can determine this. If by Merlin, you mean MCP1, you probably
will not notice any major differences although you might notice some new
defects. There have been 6 FPs for MCP since it was released. You would
get the 32-bit TCP/IP stack and applications, but if you are still dialup,
you will not notice any real difference.
