If you want to be really conservative, measure the inrush power, and
double it. But, then of course you have to already have a supply.

Don't get the supply until you have the MB. Even if it has the correct
connectors they might not all reach where they have to go. Ask me how I
know.

Start hanging 100W bulbs on it until it trips.
