YES -- regularly, too frequently, and for too long !
It is hard to maintain any sort of Club business in
this situation. For example, nothing from Steve
Schiffman re the Help Desk this month. (I was out of
town again, so it wasn't relevant for me, but others
may well have been interested.)
I recall that this seems to be caused by some known
gotcha in the mail software on the server. But isn't
that correctable, by substituting some other program ?
