My spam filters are after the email has been downloaded. I do have spam from
Tiffany but none of it came through the scoug server.

I do not think they came from a scoug email list. You do have a scoug email
address (peter-at-scoug-dot-com) which is a good bet that that is where you got
the spam. If you still think it was through a scoug email list then post the
headers of the spam.

I do not have any spam that contains "junk mail" in the headers.
I do keep spam for a while so I can watch the trends and in case an ISP wants
more information about a spam report I have sent.
