I do not accept HTML only plain text. The organizations I belong to send plain
text or both plain text and HTML so I only see them in plain text. This is
something you should suggest to any organization that insists on HTML only.
But I do have the option of switching to HTML if I want to to see an HTML only
message, so far I have not needed to use the option.

Well if TB is so limited in its capabilities you should probably think about
using a different email client.
