Turn off computer; install new card and turn on computer.
If the new video card can't handle the resolution supported by the old
card, you should lower the resolution before uninstalling the old card.

Turn off old computer; turn off different computer; move HD to new
computer and turn on new computer.
This assumes that the volume lettering is compatbile wrt the other HDs
installed in the different computer.
