Subject: SCOUG-Programming: SCOUG CD

I am trying to install JAVA 1.1.7 from the SCOUG CD.

I have installed fix pack 10, the OMNI print driver, and the new feature installer from
the CD so most things seem to be working.

In \install\java117\ I start install.exe which brings up Netscape.

I select "English"

Then either "Guided Path" or "Advanced Path"

I then get the following selections

Java 1.1.7 Runtime

Toolkit

Toolkit Documentation

Samples

ICAT for Java OS/2

Times New Roman MT 30 Unicode Font

The only one checked is "Toolkit Documentation". It is also the only one that can be
checked, the others have their check box grayed out.

Anyone know what I am doing wrong?

The documentation "readme.en" suggests that when this happens it is an indication that
the entire JAVA package was not downloaded.

Where to now.
