Subject: SCOUG-Programming: Project

Content Type: text/plain

We've obviously lost a lot of momentum on our project.

Let's be prepared to make some decisions at our next meeting. Here's where I think we are:

1. Search improvements for web site - very acomplishable, but only benefits limited number of
scoug.com users.

2. PMMpeg - seems to be outside of the scope of our knowledge.

3. Minor enhancements to ZIPSPLIT - doable, but very few people have need for such changes.

4. Rewrite PMDMAP since the source is not available. Do able, minimal benefit since other similar
tools exist.

Discussion welcome!
