Subject:	SCOUG-Programming: call(TZ) ?

Is there a system call (and if so which one) which returns either 1) the
values specified in the CONFIG.SYS "SET TZ=" statement or 2) default
values if the statement is missing or improperly written?

If there isn't a system call, does anyone know of a DLL with a
documented API which has this capability?
