That is what I was trying because all of the samples I could find and
"Presentation Manager Programming Guide and Reference" showed it that way.
After trying to use the sample code, which I could not get to work, I find that
there is a lot of support code not shown or mentioned. So it looks like the
easiest way to go is to put the notebook inside a dialog which I am going to do
now.
