If you are responding to someone asking for help who
may not be a member of this list, be sure to use the
REPLY TO ALL feature of your email program.

Thanks for the time zone tip. At first I was skeptical. From previous
fiddlings with the CONFIG.SYS "I knew, I just knew" that I had correctly
set the TZ variable. So, instead I checked the TCPIP configuration
notebook. It was set to "PST8PDT". Next, I entered "echo %TZ%" on the
commandline. The return was: "EST5EDT". WHAT????????

Apparently, I set the TZ variable twice in my CONFIG.SYS. Once to:

PSTPDT,4,1,0,7200,10,-1,0,7200,3600

and then later to:

EST5EDT

Learn something new everyday!!
