Hi Butch
Re-reading my answer to you I noticed one more important aspect
during
an installation: Bootmanager !
>Is it recommended to make the boot manager startable primary
partition 7 mb,
NO ! Before starting your installation you should delete the
Bootmanager
and set the partition, where you want to install, startable resp.
INSTALLABLE !
In one of my answer I coldn't remember your exact
HDD size. I heard 13GB later and with your question
of partitioning I come back to Steve's suggestion:
>the bootable primary partition C: 801 mb,
>and several other partitions of 5 gigs each ?
C1: 3GB but leave it empty
Bootmanager 7MB
C2: 1GB primary HPFS / your OS/2 installation
D: 3GB logical HPFS / DATA
E: 2.5GB logical HPFS / Applications
F: 3.5GB logical HPFS / Files various
could be a partition solution !?
It's up to you to rearrange ;-)
Regards, svobi
