I do not believe that this is the case with any 32 bit OS. However, I'm  
not the expert, here. I'll send this issue forward to my OS/2 user  
group.

Do you know if the "64bit WSEB large file support" can over come the 2GB  
file size limit on JFS and/or HPFS(386) partitions? Please read below.
