I inadvertantly ran "setup.cmd" which caused the following command to
execute: dhcpstrt -i lan0

My lan connection no longer worked, and I had to shut down and reboot to
restore things back to normal.

My question is:
Is there some way to recover from such an error without shutting down and
rebooting?
