In OS/2 Warp 4, IPTRACE.EXE and IPFORMAT.EXE are in the \MPTN\BIN\
directory.
And, in OS/2 Warp 4, the online help for these two commands is in the
tcpcr.hlp file located in the \tcpip\help\ directory.
I don't know where eCS might have put these files.
