I'd have to get back into working DFSEE to quote you
chapter and verse, but I definitely recall certain
things it would not let you do (at least not yet) with
either NTFS or FAT-32 partitions, or both. This
probably included something in the moving / resizing
area.

Also, the graphical slider-bars for most of these
operations in PM make this a snap -- hard to take a
wrong turn in the menus, even for the less technically
inclined.
