Jordan,
On eCS 2 B4, You open the desktop properties and click on the
screensaver tab.
You need to check the box, Screensaving enabled. If you don't see it,
Increase the vertical size of the properties window. I have had the same
problem on 3 test devices. It is turned off by default.
